Here's the packaging:
I thought it was really cute :) Etude House's packagings are always an A+++ for me!
Back with all the ingredients
Here's the primer and on the right is an eyeshadow quad from Lancome which I am going to use to test the primer.
Here's the applicator, It's really spongy and soft
The primer itself is a beige nudy color
Swatches without primer
Swatches with primer

Bottom: with primer
I used another eyeshadow quad to see the difference
Top: without primer
Bottom: with primer
From what I see, the primer doesn't really help those super light unpigmented eyeshadow colors but it really gives those pigmented dark colors a boost! It definitely keeps the eyeshadow from creasing and keeps it long lasting. Overall, this primer isn't the best out there but for the price and the quality it's pretty decent.
Rating: 3.8/5
Would I repurchase? No. I'll try another primer.
